Role Overview:
As a Paraplanner, you will provide high-quality technical and administrative support to the Financial Adviser(s), ensuring that all advice and recommendations are accurately documented and compliant. You’ll assist with research, report writing, and preparing client review materials, working closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and draft suitability reports for review by the adviser.

Conduct investment, pension, and protection product research.

Maintain client files to FCA and company compliance standards.

Assist advisers in the preparation of client meetings and follow-up actions.

Produce client valuations, illustrations, and policy comparisons.

Work collaboratively with administrators to ensure smooth client journey.

Maintain up-to-date technical and product knowledge.
Requirements:

Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards).

Experience in a similar role within an IFA or wealth management practice.

Excellent attention to detail and written communication.
-
Good understanding of financial planning concepts, investments, and pensions.

Strong IT and system skills (Intelligent Office or similar).
