Client Manager – up to £45,000 – Hybrid working
We are working with a well-established and award-winning financial planning practice seeking a Client Manager to join their team. This is a client-facing role supporting advisers while managing a bank of clients, ideal for a candidate looking for career progression rather than just a job.
Responsibilities:

Attend client meetings alongside advisers and document discussions accurately.

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, answer queries, and arrange reviews.

Research and analyse financial products, and prepare recommendations in line with client objectives.

Prepare investment strategy and recommendation reports, ensuring compliance.

Review client portfolios, maintain client files, and support ongoing client relationships.

Use research and planning systems (FE Analytics, Cashcalc) and platforms such as Elevate.

Ensure timely implementation of recommendations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations.

Build productive relationships with colleagues and clients within and outside the business.
Requirements:

Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or studying towards it); CII Diploma preferred.

Strong client service and communication skills.

Highly organised, methodical, and able to work to tight deadlines.

Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to follow business processes.

Familiarity with back-office systems (Intelligent Office, Selecta Pension, FE Analytics, Iress) is desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
