Paraplanner – Hybrid Role, Central Manchester
We are working with a well-established financial planning practice seeking a Paraplanner to join their team. This is a hybrid working role with flexibility on salary, ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and experience in wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyse client requirements, develop cash flow models, and maintain accurate client records

Research and recommend financial products aligned with client objectives

Prepare suitability reports and letters, and support client review meetings

Liaise with third parties and internal departments to resolve technical queries

Work as part of a collaborative team while managing individual responsibilities
Person Specification:
-
Minimum Level 4 Diploma PFS (or working towards), FPC or Chartered preferred
-
Previous paraplanning experience in an IFA or wealth management environment

Knowledge of pensions, investments, and IHT administration

Familiar with major research systems (Analytics, Voyant, Opal)

Strong communication, organisation, attention to detail, and client service skills
