The Role:
You’ll be supporting two Financial Advisers, ensuring all aspects of the advice process are compliant, efficient, and client-focused. This is a broad and hands-on role, covering everything from back office tasks, to being client-facing, and managing annual review processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining client files and suitability reports
- Managing annual review processes and ensuring compliance
- Liaising with product providers and clients as needed
- Supporting advisers with research, meetings and technical analysis
- Handling administrative tasks with precision and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a paraplanning or similar technical role
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A background in accounting or legal sectors is highly desirable
- Proven track record of long-term commitment in previous roles – we’re looking for someone who wants to grow and stay
