Paraplanner – up to £45,000 – Hybrid – Wirral
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Paraplanner to join a growing, technology-driven wealth management business. The role provides full paraplanning support to advisers, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely advice documentation while supporting both clients and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare pre-approval documentation and suitability reports for client advice.

Conduct financial calculations, including CGT and AA.

Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA standards.

Gather client information and delegate to the Client Administration Team as required.

Use company research systems to provide accurate and bespoke advice solutions.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Stay up to date with industry changes and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements & Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Well-organised with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.

Experience in financial services, including producing suitability reports.

Knowledge of a wide range of financial products and services.

Ability to handle complex cases and conduct relevant research and calculations.

Understanding of regulatory requirements and service standards.
