IFA Administrator / Paraplanner

Location: Preston (Office-based)
Salary: up to £35,000 (DOE & Qualifications)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role:

You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring clients receive a high-quality service throughout the advice process. This is a varied position, ideal for someone who enjoys both administration and technical work.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing client meeting packs, maintaining client records, and managing new business submissions

  • Producing high-quality suitability reports and client correspondence

  • Conducting technical research on products, providers, and funds

  • Liaising with clients, providers, and advisers to progress cases efficiently

  • Supporting advisers with ongoing administrative and paraplanning duties

  • Contributing to the smooth running of the team and wider business operations


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience within an IFA Administrator or Paraplanner role (minimum 1–2 years)

  • Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator who enjoys working in a team environment

  • Diploma qualified or working towards Level 4 (full support provided)

  • Experience using systems such as Intelligent Office or Selectapension would be an advantage
