Job Title: Paraplanner
Salary: up to £45,000 – DOE

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join an expanding financial planning team. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to adapt to evolving financial services regulations. Prior experience within paraplanning is essential. Collaboration and innovation are central to the team dynamic, so the ability to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to business improvement is key.
Responsibilities:

Prepare comprehensive suitability reports, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Handle new business applications, including data entry and documentation, with attention to detail.

Conduct cashflow modelling to assist in financial planning strategies and client recommendations.

Liaise with key stakeholders including clients, advisers, and providers to facilitate effective communication and seamless workflow.

Perform tax calculations and analysis to support investment decisions and tax planning strategies.

Assist in the development of tailored financial strategies.
Requirements:

Relevant qualifications such as Diploma of Financial Planning (DFP) or Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning (ADFP).

Demonstrable experience in a paraplanning role.

Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.

Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., Cashflows) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
