We are currently supporting a reputable, client-focused Financial Planning firm that is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing team.
The Role:
As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers in delivering high-quality advice to clients. You will be responsible for producing detailed and compliant suitability reports, conducting research and analysis, and helping ensure a seamless client journey.
Key Responsibilities:

• Writing clear, concise, and compliant suitability reports
• Conducting in-depth research on pensions, investments, and protection products
• Preparing technical documentation and client meeting packs
• Analysing client information and developing financial strategies
• Liaising with providers and supporting with complex queries
• Ensuring all client files meet internal and FCA standards

About You:

• Previous experience in a Paraplanning role within an IFA or Wealth Management firm
• Diploma Level 4 qualified (or working towards)
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning products
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills
• Familiar with platforms such as Intelligent Office (or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and compliance-minded
