Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with your clients and respond effectively
• Ensure T&Cs are maintained and money laundering processes are adhered to
• Meet client service standards and service levels agreements
• Provide a service to ensure clients are retained k
• Establish good lines of communication with the IFA’s, Paraplanners and administrator to ensure all relevant parties understand the status of work.
• Accurately produce high quality client friendly reports which outline recommendations and why they are suitable.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Paraplanner
• Experience in Investments and Finance
• Level 4 Diploma or working towards
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
• Relevant certification or degree in Finance or a related field
