About the Role
A respected financial planning firm are looking for a motivated Junior Paraplanner to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start or grow their career in financial services, with full training and support provided.
In this role, you will work closely with experienced advisers to help clients achieve their financial goals. No prior paraplanning experience is required – just a keen interest in finance and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing financial reports, investment recommendations, and cash flow analyses.

Conduct research on pensions, investments, and tax planning strategies.

Support advisers in ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.

Help manage client cases and maintain accurate records.
What We’re Looking For:

An interest in financial planning (previous admin or financial services experience is a plus, but not essential).

Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.

A proactive attitude and eagerness to develop new skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (training on financial software will be provided).

Willingness to work towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (we support study and development).
