Our client, a leading player in the insurance industry, is seeking a highly experienced International Property Claims Broker to join their team. The client has seen excellent growth in international territories and is an exceptional opportunity for a well-established professional with a proven track record in handling a diverse range of Open Market Property Claims across global territories.
The Opportunity:
- Manage the full lifecycle of international property claims, ensuring each case is handled efficiently from notification through to settlement.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and clear communication throughout the claims process.
- Liaise with global markets, insurers, and adjusters to ensure smooth progression of claims and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Handle claims in a range of global territories, with an emphasis on Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market practices, regulatory requirements, and evolving industry trends.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in broking Open Market Property Claims.
- Demonstrated experience handling claims across a variety of international markets.
- Specific experience in handling claims in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the full claims process, from notification to settlement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, markets, and underwriters.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
