IFA Adviser – Cardiff – £50,000+ (Flexible for the Right Candidate)

We are partnered with a long-established, financial planning firm with a strong presence in Cardiff. The business is continuing to expand and is now seeking an experienced, relationship-driven IFA to join its highly stable and supportive team.

With advisers typically staying 10–15+ years, the culture is relaxed, flexible and people-focused, while maintaining high professional and compliance standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser looking for longevity, genuine career development and the potential to take on retiring advisers client books.

• Monday–Thursday working pattern, with occasional Friday client meetings

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing long-term client relationships
• Providing full regulated financial advice across investments, pensions and protection
• Meeting clients both in Cardiff and occasionally further afield
• Working closely with paraplanners and client support teams
• Conducting thorough fact finds, suitability assessments and recommendations
• Maintaining high compliance standards within an international regulatory framework
• Building your long-term client base, with progression opportunities as the business grows

Requirements

• Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum)
• Experience as an IFA or Financial Adviser
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Confident, honest and transparent around remuneration expectations
• Client-focused approach with long-term career ambition
• Comfortable working in a flexible, relaxed but professional environment
