IFA Administrator 

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
Location: Cranleigh, Surrey 
Working Pattern: Full-time, Office-Based (Hybrid considered after probation)

Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking for a long?term role with a respected, well?established IFA / Wealth Management firm in Cranleigh?
Our client is seeking a highly capable, committed, and detail?driven individual to join their team and play a key role in supporting their advisers across all areas of financial planning.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support within a busy IFA environment. This includes working across the full spectrum of financial planning – pensions, investments, protection, and general ongoing client servicing.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working within an IFA practice – broad exposure across all admin duties is essential
• Strong understanding of how an IFA firm operates
• Stable career history – no frequent job moves
• Local to Cranleigh and able to work onsite full time initially
• Level 4 Diploma not essential, but part-qualified would be advantageous
• Software experience is flexible – the firm can train on systems as long as you understand the environment and processes

Working Arrangements

This role is office-based to begin with.
Hybrid working (1 day per week from home) may be offered once capability and performance are proven.
Remote working is considered a privilege, not an automatic benefit. If performance dips when working from home, the role will revert to full-time office-based.

Salary & Progression

• Up to £35,000 for an exceptional candidate with extensive experience
