IFA Administrator – Leeds
An established and growing financial planning firm in Leeds is looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to support Financial Planners and Paraplanners within a busy, client-focused environment.
The role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support across the full financial planning process, ensuring high standards of accuracy, client service, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Financial Planners and Paraplanners with day-to-day administration

Client onboarding, including AML checks, ID verification, and sanctions screening

Preparing client valuations, review packs, and suitability documentation

Processing new business, ISA and pension top-ups, and obtaining provider illustrations

Liaising with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders

Maintaining accurate client records on CRM systems

Ensuring compliance with FCA and AML requirements at all times
Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in an IFA Administrator or financial services administration role

Good understanding of FCA regulations and financial planning processes

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident IT user with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Professional, friendly approach when dealing with clients
