The Role:
You will provide day-to-day administrative support to financial advisers, ensuring the smooth running of office operations and client servicing processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls from clients and providers

Managing incoming and outgoing post

General office administration including scanning, printing, and document preparation

Preparing paperwork and documentation for advisers

Inputting data into back-office systems and spreadsheets

Liaising with providers to obtain valuations and policy information

Sending correspondence to clients and providers and following up as required

Supporting annual client review processes and maintaining accurate client records

Greeting clients when they attend the office
