Client Services Administrator

Location: Huddersfield Salary: Competitive + bonus

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join a growing financial advice firm. This role is central to delivering excellent service and administrative support to clients, ensuring smooth operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding administration matters, providing a high-quality service.

  • Prepare valuation reports and review packs with accurate performance data and fund research.

  • Process new business applications efficiently, ensuring all records are updated and compliance standards are met.

  • Handle client administration tasks such as Letters of Authority, fund switches, withdrawals, and personal detail updates.

  • Communicate effectively using a range of methods (telephone, email, video calls, Word, Excel, internal chat tools).

  • Support colleagues and contribute to the wider team’s success, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism.
