About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join a growing financial advice firm. This role is central to delivering excellent service and administrative support to clients, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding administration matters, providing a high-quality service.

Prepare valuation reports and review packs with accurate performance data and fund research.

Process new business applications efficiently, ensuring all records are updated and compliance standards are met.

Handle client administration tasks such as Letters of Authority, fund switches, withdrawals, and personal detail updates.

Communicate effectively using a range of methods (telephone, email, video calls, Word, Excel, internal chat tools).

Support colleagues and contribute to the wider team’s success, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism.
