IFA Administrator –up to £32,000 – Altrincham

A well-established wealth management firm is seeking an IFA Administrator to join their Pension & Investment Team in Altrincham. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with at least 2 years’ experience in financial services administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and submit new business, ensuring adherence to workflow.

  • Submit Letters of Authority and collate plan details for research and analysis.

  • Meet and greet clients and handle incoming enquiries.

  • Manage portfolio rebalancing, buy/sell instructions, and process client contributions and withdrawals.

  • Prepare client packs for annual reviews and follow up post-meeting.

  • Write basic suitability reports and conduct fund/cost research for new business cases.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services administration.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Proficiency with systems such as Intelliflo, AJ Bell, Transact, Royal London, Canada Life International, FE Analytics.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
