IFA Administrator –up to £32,000 – Altrincham
A well-established wealth management firm is seeking an IFA Administrator to join their Pension & Investment Team in Altrincham. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with at least 2 years’ experience in financial services administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and submit new business, ensuring adherence to workflow.

Submit Letters of Authority and collate plan details for research and analysis.

Meet and greet clients and handle incoming enquiries.

Manage portfolio rebalancing, buy/sell instructions, and process client contributions and withdrawals.

Prepare client packs for annual reviews and follow up post-meeting.

Write basic suitability reports and conduct fund/cost research for new business cases.
Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services administration.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Proficiency with systems such as Intelliflo, AJ Bell, Transact, Royal London, Canada Life International, FE Analytics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
