IFA Administrator

We’re looking for a technically strong mid-level support professional to join a smaller, dynamic wealth management business. This role provides direct support to David and Shane across a mixed client base of several hundred, primarily long-standing referrals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting advisers directly (1:1 or 1:2).

• Managing and maintaining client information and back-office systems (IO).

• Assisting with pensions and life & pensions administration.

• Contributing ideas and working collaboratively in a smaller business environment.

About you:

• 4–5 years’ experience in financial services; pensions knowledge essential.

• Technical understanding; able to use IO efficiently.

• Dynamic, ambitious, and adaptable; open to working in a smaller business
