We are working with a respected financial-planning firm (details provided upon interview) to recruit an experienced Adviser Client Support professional.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality administrative support to the adviser team

Prepare and process all client documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Manage client information and files with precision

Liaise with providers and ensure cases progress smoothly

Assist advisers in delivering an outstanding client service experience
Requirements

Prior experience in an Adviser Support / Client Support / IFA Administration role within a financial-planning firm

Strong understanding of financial-planning processes, compliance, and high-quality client service

Experience with Curo

Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills

Proactive mindset and ability to support advisers efficiently and professionally
