EVESHAM
An established and steadily expanding wealth management firm in Warwickshire is looking to add an Administrator with the ambition to progress into a full paraplanning role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants structured career development within a supportive, professional environment.
The Business
This regional financial planning firm has built a strong reputation locally, with consistent growth across both the advisory and support teams. The culture encourages collaboration, with administrators and paraplanners working closely together rather than in siloed functions. Staff development is a priority, and the business has a strong track record of progressing people internally.
Why the Role Exists
