Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated IFA Administrator / Trainee Paraplanner to join their team — an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop into a Paraplanner role within a supportive and well-respected firm.
The Role
You’ll provide full administrative and technical support to financial planners and paraplanners, helping deliver exceptional client service while building your technical knowledge and working toward your Diploma qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Support advisers and paraplanners with all aspects of client servicing and administration.

Maintain accurate client files and update the back-office system (Xplan).

Prepare client review packs, valuations, and meeting documentation.

Obtain fund, product, and policy information from providers.

Process new business for pensions, investments, and protection.

Assist with drafting suitability reports and conducting fund research.

Liaise with clients, providers, and third parties professionally and efficiently.

Ensure compliance documentation (AML, KYC) is accurate and up to date.
About You
-
At least 1–2 years’ experience within an IFA or financial planning firm.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Confident communicator with a proactive, professional approach.

Comfortable using financial platforms and CRMs such as Xplan.

Working towards or keen to start the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Ambitious and enthusiastic about progressing into Paraplanning.
