Overview:
An established and client-focused financial planning firm is seeking a Client Service Administrator to support the delivery of high-quality advice and maintain strong relationships with clients. This is a collaborative role where you’ll work closely with advisers, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the financial planning journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional, personalised client service to ensure a smooth and efficient experience

Prepare and manage client documentation and maintain accurate client records

Liaise directly with clients, attend meetings where needed, provide updates, and respond to queries

Support the coordination of client administration, including tracking investments and assisting in the execution of financial plans
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on client care and operational support. They will be a confident communicator, highly organised, and proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
