Client Service Administrator – up to £32,000 

Overview:
An established and client-focused financial planning firm is seeking a Client Service Administrator to support the delivery of high-quality advice and maintain strong relationships with clients. This is a collaborative role where you’ll work closely with advisers, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the financial planning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional, personalised client service to ensure a smooth and efficient experience

  • Prepare and manage client documentation and maintain accurate client records

  • Liaise directly with clients, attend meetings where needed, provide updates, and respond to queries

  • Support the coordination of client administration, including tracking investments and assisting in the execution of financial plans

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on client care and operational support. They will be a confident communicator, highly organised, and proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
