IFA Administrator – Up to £30,000 – Hybrid Working
Overview:
A well-established and client-focused Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm is seeking a highly organised and experienced Administrator to support a team of financial advisers. This is a key role in maintaining efficient business operations and delivering high-quality client service. The role offers a hybrid working model and is ideal for someone with a background in financial services administration.
Role Summary:
The Administrator will work closely with Financial Advisers to manage new business processes and oversee annual client reviews. The role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.

Coordinate and manage new business submissions, liaising with providers, platforms, and clients as needed.

Take ownership of the annual client review process, including scheduling, preparing review packs, and ensuring timely follow-up.

Maintain accurate client records in line with regulatory requirements.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance workflow efficiency.

Serve as a central point of contact for adviser queries, providing day-to-day administrative support.

Ensure client correspondence and documentation is handled in accordance with GDPR and compliance standards.

Assist with internal and external reporting and data collation as required.
Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative role within a UK IFA or financial services environment (essential).

Strong understanding of financial products, platforms, and FCA regulatory requirements.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in financial services software (e.g. Intelligent Office, FinPlan, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
