Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners.

Preparing client documentation and correspondence.

Processing new business and maintaining accurate client records.

Liaising with product providers and clients to ensure smooth delivery of service.

Assisting with compliance requirements and ensuring all files are kept up to date.
Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an IFA or financial services administration role (preferred).
