IFA Administrator
Location: Poole
Salary: Up to £30,000 (dependent on experience) + Benefits
We are currently working with a well-established and respected Financial Planning firm who are looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
- Processing new business applications and tracking to completion
- Preparing client review packs and maintaining client records
- Liaising with clients and providers to obtain relevant policy information
- Ensuring all compliance requirements are met and recorded accurately
- Updating the CRM system and managing client documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar IFA/financial planning admin role
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Experience using platforms such as Intelligent Office (desirable)
