We are working on behalf of a highly regarded financial planning firm in Liverpool to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, client-focused team in a full-time, office-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing client queries, preparing valuations, and maintaining accurate client records

Supporting advisers with the administration of investments, pensions, and estate planning

Preparing review packs, performance summaries, and compliance documentation

Processing fund switches, withdrawals, and transactions with providers

Submitting and tracking new business applications, ensuring full FCA compliance

Liaising with product providers, advisers, and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Maintaining and updating CRM systems and client data accurately
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an IFA or wealth management administration role (essential)

Strong knowledge of pensions and investment products

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident user of CRM and financial planning systems

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Ability to manage workload independently while working as part of a team
Package & Benefits:

Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
