Position: IFA Administrator

Salary: £31,000, flexible depending on experience

As they continue to expand, the business is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as an IFA Administrator. This is an opportunity to further your career in financial planning and work with an experienced team and long-standing client base.
As an IFA Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:
- Liaising with clients on day-to-day queries
- Processing new business
- Contacting providers
- Producing illustrations
- Operating the back-office system
We’re looking to speak with individuals who have:
- 2+ years of working in a Financial Advisory practice, in an Administrator or similar capacity
- Excellent client relationship building and customer service skills
- Knowledge of FCA compliance regulations
- A proactive, team-oriented approach.
