IFA Administrator
Salary: up to £30,000 DOE
Working pattern: Office based with flexibility
Location: Leeds

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to IFAs, including preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients ensuring a professional, high quality service is provided
  • Manage advisors’ schedules and coordinate client meetings and update and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Submitting pensions and transfers
  • Prepare and process financial applications, letters of authority, and investment transfers.
  • Track and follow up on pending applications, ensuring timely completion.
  • Prepare valuation reports and assist with portfolio reviews.
  • Work closely with IFAs, paraplanners, and other administrative staff to ensure seamless client service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in financial services administration or a similar role.
  • Experience using Microsoft, Aviva and IO
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of financial products (e.g., pensions, investments, insurance).
  • Understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
