Job Title: IFA Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-respected firm in Maidenhead.. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting two principal advisers and contribute to the overall success of the organisation. 

IFA Administrator key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to two Independent Financial Advisors in day-to-day operations.
  • Utilise back office systems and workflows (Intelliflo)
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of client documentation and financial transactions.
  • Processing of new business
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our internal systems.
  • Liaise with clients, both in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service.

IFA Administrator role requirements:

  • Exposure to Financial Services administration (min 3 years) is essential
  • Also can consider post-graduates or people with a keenness to get into the industry
  • Knowledge of using a CRM (Intelliflo)
  • Proactivity and drive to forge a successful career within Financial Planning
