About the Role

We are working with a small, well-established financial planning firm based in Binfield, near Bracknell, seeking a dedicated Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take over an existing client bank and work in a supportive environment where professional development is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, fully independent financial advice to existing and new clients.
• Manage and develop client relationships, both in-person and via remote meetings.
• Take ownership of an existing client bank and ensure continuity of service.
• Work closely with internal support staff for research and administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Adviser (Level 4 Diploma or equivalent).
• Experience in client-facing financial services roles.
• Previous advice experience is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work fully on-site (due to client confidentiality requirements).
