Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to join a supportive and forward thinking firm? We’re working with a well-established Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice based in Dorking that is seeking a administrator to join their growing team.
You’ll play a key role in supporting a team of Financial Advisers by ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of client business. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and processing new business applications and client reviews
- Liaising with providers and clients to obtain and update information
- Maintaining accurate client records using CRM systems
- Producing valuation reports and documentation for client meetings
To be considered for this Adviser Support position:
- Previous experience in an IFA or financial planning environment
- Knowledgeable of pensions and investments products
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator
- Ideally comfortable with Microsoft Office and Intelligent Office
