Job Title: Financial Advisor
Salary: up to £55,000 – depending on experience
Location: Cardiff

As a Financial Advisor, you will provide clients with comprehensive financial advice and guidance. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing clients’ financial situations, developing and implementing financial plans, and continuously monitoring and adjusting these plans to ensure clients’ financial goals are met. This role requires a deep understanding of financial products, markets, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Understand clients’ goals, risks and current situation then conduct thorough financial needs analyses for clients
• Develop customised financial plans to meet clients short and long term financial goals
• Provide clients with investment strategies based on objectives
• Maintain and build strong long-term client relationships along with bringing in new business
• Ensure all client interactions and financial plans comply with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Proven experience as a financial advisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, insurance, and financial planning.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
