up to £38,000 – basic salary + client service bonus + new business bonus + annual bonus

Our client is a small IFA firm with exceptionally high standards requiring an additional staff member to assist with the ongoing demands, to continue to provide advice to new clients which come to the firm through referrals, as our current advisers have reached capacity.

The candidate would be supported with administration, Paraplanning services and provided full training to integrate into our firm’s processes.

Requirements –  

• Minimum experience advising 3 years, ideally 5 years plus.
• Diploma qualified 
• The candidate will need to be working towards or have achieved chartered status.
• They will preferably will have some clients to bring to the firm and will also need to be self-generating.
