Role Overview:
The Financial Adviser will provide holistic financial advice to clients across investments, pensions, and protection. The role focuses on developing lasting client relationships and delivering tailored advice aligned with clients’ financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client meetings to understand goals and provide suitable advice.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Deliver high-quality advice across investments, pensions, and protection.

Ensure advice and documentation meet FCA standards.

Work with paraplanners and administrators to deliver excellent client service.

Identify new business opportunities through referrals and networking.
Requirements:

Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential).

Experience in a financial advice role within an IFA or wealth management firm.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Strong technical understanding of pensions and investments.
-
Ability to generate and manage new business opportunities
