Responsibilities
• Assisting with the reconciliation of business bank accounts.
• Assisting and maintaining balance sheet reconciliations including prepayments & accruals.
• Assist the financial accountant with producing monthly cost centre reports.
• Liaising with budget holders to approve the payment of supplier invoices.
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
Requirements
• Experience of delivering accurate and relevant information in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel including the use of pivot tables, SUMIF & LOOKUPs.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
