An opportunity has opened up for an ambitious Family Solicitor within an award winning, Legal 500 firm based in Newbury. The practice tier 1 Family department, led by recommended Lawyers and leading individuals within the legal 500, having good quality work with the opportunity to gain exposure to more complex, high net worth matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce and separation, financial and children matters.
- Representing clients in family court proceedings.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to family law.
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients on family law issues.
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on family law developments.
What is needed to be considered?
- Minimum 4 PQE with relevant Family Law experience
- The ability to manage a mixed caseload, along with the ability to meet client requirements in a timely and efficient manner
- Excellent business development and client care skills
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, allowing you to cope with a busy caseload
