Salary: Up to £50,000 (Negotiable) 

Are you an experienced Employee Benefits professional looking for your next challenge?

We’re seeking a confident, knowledgeable Employee Benefits Adviser to join a growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our EB proposition.

What You’ll Do

• Advise corporate clients on pensions, life assurance, income protection, PMI, dental, and more
• Lead benefit restructures and governance reviews
• Build strong relationships with HR and Finance teams
• Support flexible benefits platform rollouts
• Deliver seminars and collaborate with benefit providers

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience advising corporate clients on the full spectrum of Employee Benefits
• Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Bonus: Experience with flex platforms, Curo, or PaperCloud
