Are you an experienced Employee Benefits professional looking for your next challenge?
We’re seeking a confident, knowledgeable Employee Benefits Adviser to join a growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our EB proposition.
What You’ll Do
- Advise corporate clients on pensions, life assurance, income protection, PMI, dental, and more
- Lead benefit restructures and governance reviews
- Build strong relationships with HR and Finance teams
- Support flexible benefits platform rollouts
- Deliver seminars and collaborate with benefit providers
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience advising corporate clients on the full spectrum of Employee Benefits
- Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Bonus: Experience with flex platforms, Curo, or PaperCloud

This is a client-facing role, so you’ll need to be comfortable attending in-person meetings and offering solutions directly to clients. If you’ve worked in EB consultancy or have strong HR-side experience implementing flexible benefits, we’d love to hear from you.
