Employed Financial Adviser

We are currently representing a growing wealth management firm looking to add a Financial Adviser to their team. This opportunity has arisen due to upcoming retirements, giving the successful candidate the chance to take over an established HNW client bank and work within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE

• Hybrid working: office once or twice a week, otherwise remote

• Package: 25 days holiday + BH, pension matched up to 5%, life cover, income protection, social/volunteer days

• No sales targets or hard-sell culture — focused on quality, long-term client outcomes

Ideal for a Financial Adviser with a few years of experience or a motivated trainee/junior paraplanner stepping up.
