Customer Service Advisor Position Available

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing quotations
- Processing sales orders, returns, and warranty requests
- Handling incoming calls and general inquiries
- Ensuring that all emails are dealt with promptly and professionally
- Supporting Area Sales Managers and customers with general questions and ad hoc reports
- Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of SAP (ideal but not required)
- Interest or previous experience in the tool industry
The Perks:
- Permanent, full-time position (subject to satisfactory 6-month probation period)
- Salary range: £18,500 to £24,000 DOE
