A great opportunity to take your career to the next level, with great exposure across a varied workload including but not limited to share sale and purchases, management buy outs, demergers, joint ventures and commercial contracts.
This is a brilliant role for an individual looking to develop a team, bringing their own experience of negotiation, communication and drafting. The team currently supports a wide range of sectors, including charities and non-profit, as well as healthcare and technology, media and IT.

What’s needed to be considered?
- 2-7 PQE – other PQEs may be considered
- A collaborative approach, with excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Someone who can deliver excellent customer service whilst working a busy caseload
