Opportunity

This is a chance for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to support Legal Directors and Partners on legal transactions, and draft high-quality commercial contracts, agreements and legal documents.
In this role you will be conducting in-depth analysis of case law, as well as conducting effective file management and handling case progression to ensure it’s a smooth process for Legal Directors and Partners.

What’s needed to be considered?
- 2-4 PQE – other PQE’s may be considered
- Strong technical drafting skills with great attention to detail
- Proven experience in corporate and commercial law
- Ability to interpret and apply complex legal principles to real-world scenarios
- A pro-active, solution-focused mindset
