A leading Insurance Broker is recruiting for a Compliance Officer with the view to develop into a Compliance Manager role in the future. They are a leading commercial/corporate broker that speciailise within Construction Insurance.
The Opportunity:
As a Compliance Officer your duty will be to oversee the day to day compliance function within the broker. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously whilst working within a small team environment.
You will be responsible for setting up and monitoring the compliance processes alongside advising members of the team relating to FCA regulation. You will be involved in monitoring calls, all documentation and general compliance duties.
You will provide forward-thinking assistance and insightful advice on compliance matters which will significantly strengthen the overall effectiveness of the compliance framework.
