A growing Wealth Management practice in Bournemouth is looking to appoint a Client Support Specialist to support its adviser team following continued business growth.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering long-term stability within a professional and supportive environment. Office-based is preferred, although hybrid working can be considered for experienced candidates.
The Role
-
Booking annual reviews and client meetings
-
Preparing meeting packs and completing AML / ID checks
-
Processing new business, top-ups and replacement cases
-
Handling fund switches, encashments and drawdown reviews
-
Liaising with advisers, paraplanners and providers
-
Managing client and adviser requests
-
Maintaining accurate records on Salesforce
What They’re Looking For
-
Previous financial services administration experience
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable managing multiple cases at once
-
Professional and client-focused approach
-
Good IT skills (CRM experience beneficial)

Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
