Client Service Administrator – Boutique IFA

We’re delighted to be working exclusively with a highly regarded, values-led financial planning firm, seeking a Client Service Administrator to join their growing team. Based in a beautiful countryside setting, this is a full-time role with the possibility of 1 day per week working from home for the right candidate.
The Role
As Client Service Administrator, you’ll play a central role in the firm’s day-to-day operations. You’ll be responsible for:

Contacting providers and handling all related correspondence

Processing new business from start to finish

Preparing meeting packs and client documentation

Supporting the advisory and paraplanning teams with high-quality client servicing
You’ll work closely with a team of friendly professionals who care deeply about the work they do and the clients they serve.
What They’re Looking For

Experience in IFA or financial planning administration

Experience in an SME or boutique firm—you’re not after the corporate grind

A professional and personable individual, ideally with life experience (ex-military or ex-NHS backgrounds welcomed)

Comfortable commuting by car or public transport to a rural location
