Salary: Up to £45,000
A leading wealth management firm in East Birmingham is seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee its client service team and maintain exceptional client relationships. This pivotal office-based role involves managing service delivery, team performance, and client satisfaction across the firm’s financial services accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the client service team (team of 12), including performance reviews and training

Act as the main point of contact for key financial services clients

Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for new and existing accounts

Maintain strong internal processes and monitor service delivery against SLAs

Analyse service metrics and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in an IFA environment

Proven leadership experience in a client service setting

Strong knowledge of CRM systems, investment platforms, and discretionary portfolio services

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
