Client Service Specialist

Location: Swindon (Hybrid after probation)
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 + benefits
Hours: 35.5 hours per week (Mon–Thu 8:30–5, Fri 8:30–3)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

A well-established and growing wealth management firm in Swindon is looking for a proactive Client Service Specialist to join its friendly, close-knit team. The business has a family-oriented culture and prides itself on delivering exceptional service to a loyal client base.

The Role

This role provides high-level technical and administrative support to Advisers, ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.

You’ll prepare meeting packs, manage documentation, handle business submissions, and assist with a variety of client-related processes. The position requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organise client meeting packs and documentation.

  • Manage business submissions and ensure all records are accurate and compliant.

  • Maintain and update client information in Salesforce and internal systems.

  • Liaise with clients to provide updates and resolve queries.

  • Support Advisers and the wider team with administrative and technical tasks.

  • Contribute to continuous process improvements and team support.

About You

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Confident communicator, professional and approachable.

  • Financial services experience helpful but not essential – full training provided.

  • Proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
