Client Service Manager – Key Responsibilities
This role plays a central part in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring clients receive a high standard of service.
Core Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Organise and prepare client meetings, including documentation, reports, and valuations.

Maintain accurate client files and back-office systems in line with compliance requirements.

Liaise with clients, providers, and advisers to progress new business and ongoing servicing.

Manage the Annual Review process, ensuring all client packs and follow-up actions are completed.

Support wider business functions, including events, communications, and general office administration.

Contribute to team meetings and provide regular management updates.
