An established financial planning firm is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their team, supporting advisers and delivering excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle client, provider, and adviser queries

Prepare advisers for client meetings, including updating the cashflow planning tool (Truth) and creating agendas

Produce short, templated Suitability Reports

Maintain accurate client records and support the team with administration
Requirements:

Experience in client administration, ideally within financial services

Strong Excel and Word skills, excellent attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with systems such as Intelliflo, Truth, or Workiro (or willingness to learn)

Friendly, organised, and positive approach
