Are you financial service professional with a proven track record supporting entrepreneurs, business owners, and multi-generational families? Do you thrive in a setting where relationship management goes far beyond traditional financial planning?

We are working exclusively with a highly selective, boutique advisory and investment firm offering a private office experience to a limited number of high-calibre clients. Their model integrates wealth management, corporate finance, and strategic business insight, with services shaped around the complex, evolving needs of clients who expect more.
They are now looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their discreet and high-performing team in Bishop’s Stortford.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Client Adviser with a small portfolio of high-value clients, each with complex financial, business, and legacy planning needs
  • Acting as the lead relationship holder: trusted, strategic, and always one step ahead
  • Collaborating with specialists in investment, tax, business exit planning, and structuring to deliver joined-up advice
  • Helping clients navigate the intersection of personal wealth and business success

Ideal Profile:

  • Diploma-qualified via CII or CISI (or close to achieving)
  • Strong background in private client advisory such as family office, boutique wealth firm, or private banking
  • Deep understanding of the needs of entrepreneurs, founders, or UHNW clients
  • A natural relationship builder: emotionally intelligent, commercially sharp, and credible with sophisticated clients
  • Someone who listens, advises
