Financial Planning Administration

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join a dynamic financial planning team as an apprentice in administration. You will gain hands-on experience supporting financial advisers, working on client portfolios, processing new and ongoing work, completing valuations, and ensuring compliance. The role provides a full introduction to pensions, investments, and protection, while offering structured study support and career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client queries with guidance from your manager

Assist advisers with client portfolio administration

Complete valuations and workflow tasks accurately and on time

Create new client records, run risk assessments, and liaise with providers

Process client transactions, including trading funds

Attend in-office meetings and assist with wider Financial Planning team duties
Requirements:

GCSEs with Grade 5 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)

Working towards relevant A-levels, BTECs, or similar is desirable

Strong communication and organisational skills

Passionate about client service and able to work well under pressure

Motivated, proactive, and a positive team player

Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software
